Barbara Kolm is the founder of the Free Market Road Show, Director of the Austrian Economics Center, President of the Hayek Institute and Professor of Austrian Economics at the University of Donja Gorica in Montenegro. Catalin is a Cybersecurity professional with 15+ years of working experience in the information security field, and a recognized member of the European and international community of Cyber Incident Response Teams / CSIRTs / CERTs.

Throughout his career Catalin has been active in various roles in the information security field, with a mix of technical and managerial responsibilities, both in public and private sector, covering multiple areas, such as Cybersecurity Program Management, Cyber Risk Management and Compliance, Incident Response, Vulnerability and Threat Research, Digital Forensics, Malware Analysis and Reverse Engineering, Penetration Testing, and Cybersecurity Audit. He has working experience with various Information Security Standards and Frameworks, such as ISO 27k, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Security Controls, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HITRUST, HIPAA, OWASP, and EU NIS Directive.

He has a strong knowledge and expertise in handling large-scale cyber incidents and countering cybercrime. In his previous role of Incident Response Coordinator at the Romanian National CSIRT Catalin took part in handling nation and European-wide cyber incidents, having also an active role in the cooperation between CSIRT, Law Enforcement, ISPs, and private sector.

Catalin contributed as an external expert to various ENISA and Council of Europe projects in the areas of CSIRT capacity building, cybersecurity training, countering cybercrime, and inter-agency cooperation between CSIRT, Law Enforcement, ISPs, Digital Service Providers, and other public or private stakeholders.

Andrei Săvescu, PhD, is a well-known lawyer, President of the Society of Legal Sciences, expert in Cyber Law, and coordinator of the largest Romanian legal hub (JURIDICE.ro). He began teaching cyber law 20 years ago, at the Romanian-American University.
